The Collier Consulting Group was formed in 1991 by Ron and Sharon Collier. Previously
Training Coordinator for the Trane Company, Ron established numerous business development
programs for HVAC and Plumbing contractors. His role was to make them more profitable and
to streamline their operations. His department provided minicourses, videotapes, workshops
and on site evaluations to contracting companies across North America. The Collier
Consulting Group’s mission is to drive double digits profits through contracting organizations
and reduce the costs and time of doing business. The Collier Consulting Group (CCG)
continues to serve contractors by providing business management resources in three key areas:
consulting, workshops and software.
